EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

5.1 Management Notification

If an emergency, or situation that could become an emergency, occurs, inform management immediately. Management will maintain an up-to-date emergency notification list.

5.2 : Employee Notification

The alarm system, public address system, or direct supervisory contact can be used to notify employees of emergency situations in the facility.

5.3 External Notification

Call XXX to contact the local police or fire department, emergency medical service or other emergency-response units. To be filled the contact and posted in bulletin Board on site:

5.4 : When an Accident Happen, and it is Serious

• The first witness to the accident is to notify the Emergency Team or the Safety Manager.
• The Emergency Team will immediately notify the Accident Commander (the site Safety Manager).
• Safety Manager will contact his Deputy Accident Commander and give order to his command staff, the public information officer to identify the type of accident.
• Liaison officer to notify the projects Medical Centre.
• Safety officer to ensure the safety at the accident location.
• Rescue Group to attend to and handle the accident
